The manager (she said that she was even though she wasnt even in uniform) was awful! I ordered nachos, as usual, but somehow I was overcharged than I normally am and she didn't even give me my money's worth. Can you believe not only was she rude, but she did not give us the food that we paid for! The staff is decent but this place needs a lot of improvement. I would appreciate nicer attitudes and enthusiasm. Shame on that manager.
Most Moe's locations are awesome but this one is certainly not a good one. Almost always dirty and they try to give you the least amount of food they can get away with. You can go anywhere else and get your money's worth but here 20 bucks is worth 10. Wish we had a Chipotle.
The food was delicious and the mushrooms were excellent on my burrito. I had a very pleasant visit and would definitely come back. The servers were extremely nice but lacked enthusiasm upon entrance. Overall, this location is great with a fun atmosphere.
The staff does not have a lot of enthusiasm. The meat is almost always old. I once found a bone in my burrito, I kid you not. Chips are normally stale. Extremely overpriced for disgusting food. Don't waste your time on this one.
Super nice staff but soooooo lazy. Dirty , so dirty. Only 3 families but they were too busy on their phones to clean. The drink dispenser made me gag. And food was cold. The one guy with a beard could hardly finish my daughter's food before he was back on his phone. Maybe some more training is in order
