I was charged full price during happy hour for a route 44 sweet tea a few days ago and they brought me a medium.
Just like every other sonic. Nothing special but not bad
Food was hot and good, service was kind and fast. I recommend it and I will go back.
Server was cool and food came quick. Just got charged for marinara sauce and didn't get any. It's happened before at another Sonic in Dothan.
I'm a very observant and picky eater, my experience with this location is always on the up and up. They are human so some mistakes will be made but they will always make it right if you make them aware of it. What they sell that is good is good and everything else is mediocre. Customer service is great they will even check on you to make sure you have what you need. Good job management because customer service can either make or break a visit and your staff is terrific.
