I take my puppy regularly to banfield. we have gotten all of his vaccinations done perfectly fine. the vet is so understanding and caring about my dog. he was very nervous during every visit but they done everything they could to help calm him down, even by doing all of his exams on the floor. his last visit has been the best one. he finally had a great breakthrough and started playing with the vet. I absolutely love banfield and will continue using them for every pet.
Always took great care of my large dogs and helped look at any concerns we had thoroughly. I had a bad experience with the last Banfield and was dreading taking them to another one but was pleasantly surprised with the care of the staff.
Horrible place, their vets will make you feel un-easy diagnosing your dog because you can tell they don't know what are they talking about most of the time. They charge super expensive for anything. The worst experience was last time my family took our dog for an appointment and showed 10 min prior they had me waiting 37 min passed my appointment time because they accepted a customer that showed 30 min late and took her in during my time. So I drove an hour and waisted my evening because I had to leave without being seen because we had other places to be. Will definitely change vets after 4 years with Banefield I will not recommend you to take your dog there.
Took my puppy there for a shot and the assistant nurse was rude and pierced my pup through the skin to the other side and to top it all off they are very pricey!
If I could post a zero and comment I would. My son has a very large puppy he rescued from a group this past year who sent him to this place for all the shots. I tried to talk him into going ahead to our regular vet in ozark but this was already set up and paid for. Our poor dog is sick and I waited until they opened today and called ahead for an appointment, and checked pricing. They said fourty for regular visit and would go from there. We get there and they say they can't do anything to tell us what is wrong without blood work and scans and they need almost 600 before they can do anything. I was floored. All they did was basically check his vitals. I said we didn't have that right now and we would go some where more affordable so they let us go but then charged us 60 because they did recomend labs and such so they did more than just examine is they explaination. Then the receipt does not even have any kind of breakdown for showing what they are charging extra for just for the amount paid. This poor dog is sick so now calling around to find someone who will actually look at him.
