Went to get my dog groomed and my dog gets kind of scared when she gets groomed but gets better as you work with her and they didn’t even try and told me to come and get her. the groomer said she had three hours to do her and that she would work with her but only spent five minutes trying. she told us to bring her back in the morning for “expedited grooming” but i live an hour away and can’t just come on the drop of a hat, not do i think it would take any more than 3 hours to groom her so she could have done it. VERY terrible service will never get her groomed there again.
Eh. I keep trying here. Always out of flea stuff. Always a long wait in line. Not a lot to choose from for larger dogs (collars, apparel, toys). But the customer service is generally great!
Very friendly service, very helpful. Shelves are nicely organized, and clean. Great prices. Will accept cheaper prices from their online store.
I buy all my pet supplies here and also use their outstanding grooming salon which is the best in town!!
