A lot for ladies men selection not that great but clean store good prices
Shopping was a good experience. The cashier was not cordial.
Went in to find a black dress and scored two $15 and $40. The staff was friendly, and quick. The bathrooms and dressing rooms need MAJOR ATTENTION!
The store manager is arrogant, in her tone, and body language.....She does represent the qualities of a Business Manager, she appears a common denominator of no value.....I asked her boutique an item that had been tried and it deodorant residue and she told me in a very hostile demeanor that she could not give a discount and she told an associate to put the item back on the rack......Other occasion, I returned some food items less than 24 hrs according to my receipt, she told me that food item were not returnable.....I told her that ,There is no visual signs noted in the store to that effect and there is nothing on the receipt to ascertain that either. She refused to accommodate me...... This is the type people that you hire as managers, they are lacking company policies and act like the store belongs to them....What's Needed, i.e..Better training in customers service with knowledge of company policies, have a Business Degrees, no exceptions, with with experience....Not hire someone, just becauset they "appear" to be of the same fabric...Plus her business language was in the lack as well...... This store is in Dothan, Al.
I have been coming to this Ross location for years and the selections are always either a hit or miss like most retail stores. This location has a good bit of space and mostly everything seems pretty organized and easy to find.
