Needed help with a baby registry they only pointed Us in the direction and didn't take us there and one item they didn't have and they said they did so we had to search on own and no employees in site to ask where the stuff was but three employees were standing up front talking
Pretty big store with alot of current toys to choose. also has a babies R us in there as well.
Employees was very helpful . Although customer service could improve.. speak to customers as they walk by and enter in and out the store. Makes a warm welcoming. Ask if they need help finding things don't just stare.
Not a good selection of small collectible animals. I wanted forest animals to use for a birthday cake and was disappointed there weren't many at all to choose from.
Super friendly employees , very helpful at every turn. Well care for store plenty of parking
