They claim they have "US-based engineers", but you will end up being assisted by a freelancer from India receiving less than minimum wage. As you can imagine, the quality of the work is on par with the pay... look them up on freelancer websites and you will understand. Even if you talk to the company owner on the phone, he will delegate the work to someone else. By the way, they claim to have certified engineers as well, so make sure to ask for the certificates before falling for this...
