Called about getting the door panels on my 04 Cobra reupholstered. The guy wanted to get smart with me cause I asked for a rough estimate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you can't hire somebody that can talk on the phone like a professional and know what they are talking about then you don't need to be in business! They won't get my business!
Unbelievable that they cannot give any information over the phone. I didn't even ask a price and only wanted to know if they could stitch a pattern into a current upholstered seat.
Worst customer service i have ever dealt with and only talked on the phone to the lady who said i was a smart a.. didnt know how to give a rough estimate. Stay away!
