I had taken my wedding set to another jeweler to be reset. Unhappy with the design, I went to Bradshaw's to see if they could help. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They listened to what I wanted instead of trying to talk me in to what they thought I should want. Knowing I had already invested quite a bit of money into having the ring re-set, they helped me find a solution that would not involve another major investment. The result? Exactly what I wanted in the first place! It was perfect! I was asked to give them a couple of weeks before calling to check on the ring, but they had it ready in under a week. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and now have a ring which is a perfect reflection of my original ring but more stable and less likely to lose a stone.

My Mom had diamond rings that belonged to her and some passed down from our family. I brought them in only knowing that I wanted to combine them along with my engagement ring into one ring. They suggested a free form setting and showed me how we could take my Mom's, Grandma's, Grandpa's, Great Grandma's, and my diamonds to make a BEAUTIFUL ring.
