If there was an option for no stars, that would be the one I picked. I got married in 2014, and my husband and I went and picked out my wedding band together. The engagement ring is white gold, and I planned on getting my engagement and wedding band sauntered together, so everywhere we went, I stressed the importance of the wedding and being white gold. When I went in, the sales lady pointed out the exact ring I wanted. I then asked again, is it white gold? She assured me it was, so we purchased. A few weeks later, i get married and go to have my rings sautered together, only to find out that I was sold a sterling silver wedding band. I went in the store and nothing was done. I called and spoke to the highest supervisor I could get to. Nothing was ever done to correct the situation because their salesperson was "tenured" and wouldn't have made the mistake. Do NOT purchase from this store! Obviously the sales people are not very intuitive on their products, and when they mess up, they get called tenured and nothing is done.
