Quiet, clean, comfortable. The best however was the breakfast attendant named "Rizwana". Sliced fresh fruit. She should be a model for all Hampton Inns. Made us feel right at home. Great smile and personality. Have stayed here many times over the years.
I hosted my sister's baby shower here Saturday. The space was not too big or small. The Event booking team are great for staying with a set budget and respecting the needs of the individual. The event staff are sharp women who think of everything, communicate well, and obviously enjoy what they do. The staff was courteous well organized and most of all thoughtful from start to finish. We were provided with round tables and rectangular ones a white table cloths. Our shower planner handled all of the decorations set up and clean up. The event was a huge success and that is greatly due to the luxury accommodations and event coordinators at Hampton Inn and Suites.
Spacious suite with comfy beds. All the appointments you expect from Hampton - flat screen TV with many channels to choose from, microwave, fridge, etc. in the room. The only negative about this location is the difficulty in reaching it when approaching from the north. This is no fault of the hotel, but rather the access management that has been imposed on this stretch of US-231. Once you figure out how to reach the hotel once, future trips are not as frustrating.
UPDATE 12/12/17 - They've gotten much better about answering the phone, so I'm updating my review. A YEAR AGO: Great hotel, but NOBODY will answer the phone when you need help. Not just a one-time thing: has happened every time, on various days for the last 4 months.
Great staff. The rooms are superb and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back when I visit.b
