Loved the room. Loved the bed. Wished there was a complimentary breakfast for how much the room was.
I was disappointed when I arrived. The clerk at the front desk ignored us as he was carrying on a conversation with a drunk lady. We had to interrupt to get waited on. Also in the morning we were not told the breakfast would cost, nor was it posted. All hotels serve a complimentary breakfast, but Hilton Garden doesn't and they don't let you know that until after you start eating.
Convenient to work facility that I am visiting. Excellent breakfast ($$) clean rooms and friendly staff.
The rooms was fine. It was clean, which is most important to me. The bathroom door was in an inconvenient place, blocking the room door when it was open. The main hallways had not been vacuumed well, but the hotel was mostly nice. We stayed here because the hotel is affiliated with Hampton Inn, so I was expecting a little higher standard. The breakfast looked nice, but was NOT complimentary, so we didn't stay. We don't eat a big enough breakfast to pay $7.95. That's pretty reasonable, but I was taken aback that it wasn't complimentary. I guess we will know in the future.... and just find a Hampton Inn instead.
Very satisfied with my Jr. Queen suite. My Room was very clean with two big beds and a full size pull out couch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Layout of the hotel is very modern with a pretty big conference room, great for events. Lobby complete with bar and fire place, which i thought looked cool. This location is definitely somewhere i would consider staying again. Great location located right across the street from shops.
